WHY HMO'S?

From a numbers standpoint it's simple. Instead of renting out a large family home for £2,000 a month and sinking 25% into the purchase price; you can rent by the room to increase your revenue to £5,775 in this example, and only leave up to 10% of capital invested.


For the long term this provides greater net returns and reduced financial risk as you don't have to rely on only 1 person paying the rent. All of our own portfolio is in HMO's. So what we are presenting here isn't a concept, this is what we belive is the best way forward.
